“Create Yours” – Bespoke Orders

Orders placed through our “Create Yours” customization service require additional production time due to their personalized and artisanal nature.

Custom pieces are produced within 10-14 business days. This timeframe allows our artisans to create each design with the precision and attention required for unique commissions.

In the rare event that a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the courier service, KALANDA will provide one of the following solutions:

Claims Procedure

If a package has not been delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information, customers must notify our Customer Care team within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may limit our ability to open a claim with the courier service.
